“Nice clean room, staff was very helpful and friendly upon check in.”

“I reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub inside the room the jacuzzi tub was very dirty so I cleaned it and flushed the Jets still disgusting did not get to use it when I was sleeping I felt something crawling on me I decided to ignore it got up at 5:00 in the morning to see the whole floor was covered in sugar ants gross”

“So much charm, history and quirkiness! We loved our stay at The Murray!! We were looking to a more affordable alternative to Bozeman hotels for our son’s MSU graduation. This fit the bill perfectly! Only struggle was the train noise, use your earplugs and you’re all set! We will be back!”

“Showed up with a reservation, waited 30 minutes for the front desk to help the person in front of me. Computer problems, of course. Finally, my turn. Another 25 minutes. Computer problems, of course. Obvious lack of training for the employees. No ice machine in entire hotel. Bathroom sink doesn't drain. Bathroom door doesn't shut. Shower curtain goes 2/3 of the way to the floor, leading to a soaking wet bathroom floor.”

“The rooms were basic but way above expectations given the age and condition of the exterior and price. Rooms were updated, roomy, comfortable and clean with lovely plantation shutters on the windows instead of ugly curtains. Bathroom fixtures were updated with separate room for toilet and tub/shower, the tub had a seamless surround - no moldy grout! Sink in other area so could be used while someone showered. Parking was plentiful and there is an Espresso stand right in the parking lot.”
